Premium Roof and Paving Paint-20L- Clear Tint Base

Roof & Paving is a premium quality versatile acrylic emulsion based roof and paving paint, UV resistant with excellent adhesion and qualities to handle expansion / contraction and is flexible.

Intended Use:
– Direct application to new or previously painted, correctly prepared cement tiles, galvanized iron roofs, paving surfaces and zincalume and aluzinc. NB! Priming with Prominent Paints Surface Restorer on cementitious surfaces will increase the performance of the painting system.
– Can also be used on galvanized garage doors, galvanized gutters, cement and sheet metal, cladding, garden pots, window sills and fascia boards.
– As a waterproofing topcoat over saturated membranes.
– Application to correctly prepared and primed ferrous metals.

Product Information:

Appearance: Low Sheen.
Colors: Standard colors as per color card. Tint bases to tint most of the colors on the tint system. Solids: 45% by mass and 39% by volume
Density: 1,15kg/l.
Recommended Wet Film Thickness: 103 m
Recommended Dry Film Thickness: 2 coats x 40 m per coat = 80 m.
Spreading rate: 3 – 8 m /l per coat depending on the type of surface to be painted and the surface texture and porosity. E.g. Cement tile roofs 3-4m /l per coat & Galvanized Roofs 5-6m /l per coat. Viscosity at 23 C: 105-115K .
Life expectancy: 12 Years, Roofs only.
Flash point: Non-flammable.
Respecting the environment: Dispose of excess product and containers in a responsible manner without harming the environment.

Safety Precautions:
– Keep out of reach of children.
– Ensure to maintain good ventilation during application and drying process.
– Wear a suitable dust mask if sanding.
– In case of skin contact, wash with soap and water or a recognized skin cleaner.
– Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes rinse immediately with running water and seek medical advice.
– If product is ingested drink plenty of water. Do not induce vomiting at any time. Seek medical advice.
– Do not smoke while painting.
