The FNIRSI SG004A is a small, lightweight handheld multi-function process calibrator and signal source with a frequency range of up to 10kHz and a frequency accuracy of 2%. It is used to read and simulate various sensors (pressure, temperature, motor or engine speed, etc.), to process parameters, to test actuators, for development and calibration in automation systems and such. It can read, simulate and convert sensor signals in the form of a voltage, current, frequency, PWM duty cycle, etc. This process calibrator is useful for troubleshooting PLCs, DCS and testing.
The SG004A has a maximum active and passive current output of 24mA and a maximum voltage output of 24V with a resolution of 0.001V. It has two outputs and two inputs. It has a large battery of 3000mAh supporting up to 10 hours of use-time and 24h standby time. The SG004A also has mV thermocouple input and output.
With input-to-output conversion, you can convert input signals to output signals in different units. The process calibrator and signal source have extended functions such as programming automatic lift output, real-time curve, history record and more. It can record up to 100,000 or 15 sets of data.
