RefectoCil Brow Lamination Kit

The RefectoCil Brow Lamination Kit allows you to design and fix brows semi-permanently in any desired shape. The results will be fuller looking brows. For great results, the brow area must be thoroughly cleaned with RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-Up Remover.

– Application time is only 10 minutes

– Contains keratin that has a hair strengthening effect

– For best results, brow tinting must happen after the treatment for only 3 minutes

Specifications:

– Perm and Neutralizer once opened have a shelf life of 2 months

– In the neutraliser, Hydrogen peroxide is the active agent

– Avoid contact with eyes and skin

– Avoid contact between the perm and neutralizer (reduces effect due to chemical reaction)
