The 1590G is a rugged diecast aluminium electronic enclosure designed for durability, precision machining, and effective protection of internal electronics. Its vibra-finished unpainted surface ensures a smooth, safe finish free of sharp edges, ideal for custom modifications.
Featuring a lap joint construction, it provides excellent protection against dust, splashing water, and enhances EMI/RFI shielding. Built to meet IP54 standards, with optional watertight models rated IP65 when used with the included gasket (supplied loose inside the enclosure).
The enclosure includes factory-tapped holes and mounting screws, simplifying assembly. With a low side wall draft angle ( 2 ), it is optimized for easy PCB mounting and integration of connectors.
