The 1591DGY is a multipurpose ABS plastic enclosure designed for general electronic projects and assemblies. With external dimensions of 150 x 80 x 46 mm, this grey enclosure is compact, durable, and easy to machine.
It is ideally suited for vertical PCB mounting, featuring integral sidewall card guides that accept 1.5 mm (0.062") circuit boards. The lap joint construction enhances protection against dust and splashing water, allowing the enclosure to achieve an IP54 rating.
The lid is secured using M3 x 10 mm Phillips machine screws threaded into integral brass bushings, making it well-suited for applications where frequent access and reassembly are required.
