If pairing fails or the device malfunctions, try the following: 1) Verify the Bluetooth adapter's mode: TX mode connects Bluetooth headphones via Bluetooth and is not suitable for wired headphones; RX mode connects smartphones or tablets via Bluetooth. 2) Reset both the Bluetooth adapter and your device, ensuring the Bluetooth device is not paired with other devices.
4. This Bluetooth adapter can only be used with one Bluetooth headset/phone at a time in either transmit or receive mode.
5. If the volume is too low, it's because your phone/speaker volume is too low. First increase the volume on your phone/speaker, then adjust the Bluetooth adapter's volume.
6. This product does not support optical port connections.
7. Latency issues: This product may experience a half-second delay with certain devices. The effective operating range is 10 meters. Exceeding this range will cause latency issues. Ensure the distance between the Bluetooth device and the Bluetooth adapter remains within 10 meters.
