3 ply disposable masks are excellent quality, lightweight and comfortable to use for extended periods of time.
The material we use is non-woven and based on tried and trusted scientific and technological methods of creating an optimal balance of breathability and filtration.
Inner layer: spun bound 25gsm white
Outer layer: spun bound 25gsm blue
Middle layer: 25gsm Meltblown offering BFE95 filtration.
All 3 layers are non-woven material - meaning there is no weaving/stitching involved which in turn offers maximum protection while still being comfortable and breathable.
