Seal, waterproof and colour your roof in one easy step. EcoCoat is a proudly South African, UV-stable liquid rubber coating that forms a seamless, flexible waterproof membrane over your entire roof. No special skills needed. Simply apply with a brush, roller or airless spray and let it dry. Ideal for stopping leaks and protecting IBR, corrugated, Chromadek, tile, cement, concrete and asbestos roof surfaces, as well as balconies and slabs.

How to use:

• Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free of dust, grease and loose material
• Seal roof screws, lap joints and any openings larger than 5mm with EcoCoat and roof membrane
• Apply over the entire roof with a brush, roller or airless spray machine

Specifications:

• Coverage: 1L per 1m on porous surfaces (cement, tile, asbestos); 1L per 1.5-2.5m on non-porous surfaces (IBR, corrugated, Chromadek)
• Application temperature: 10 C to 95 C surface temperature
• Shelf life: 6-12 months in a sealed container, out of direct sunlight
• Primer: Use EcoFuse primer on tile/asbestos roofs and EcoCrete primer on new cement for best results
