How to use manual welding gun:
1. When using the manual welding gun for the first time, it must be preheated for a few minutes. Smoke is normal and will disappear within a few seconds. 2
. Straighten the rated tin wire, insert it from the tin inlet until it contacts the soldering iron tip, and then stop threading the tin. After the tin wire reaches the tin guide tube mouth, pull the trigger and it will work normally. 3.
When you need to pull out or replace the tin wire when you stop using it, just push the electrode upward and pull out the tin wire at the same time. 4.
When replacing the heating core, first remove the protective cover, disconnect the heating core cable, and then remove the soldering iron head to replace the heating core.
Precautions for manual welding gun
1. The temperature of the soldering iron tip and soldering iron tube can reach over 400 degrees Celsius during work. Human contact is strictly prohibited to avoid burns.
2. When the hand welding gun is not in use, please place it on the bracket.
3. It is prohibited to use the welding gun in flammable or explosive situations.
4. It is prohibited to use the welding gun
Place in a damp place or where children or young children can reach it.

Repairs can only be performed by personnel who meet the requirements for repairing electrical products.
