What You Need to Sublimate This Item

To personalize the PU leather travel case with vibrant, lasting designs, you'll need:

• Sublimation printer - For printing your design onto sublimation paper
• Flat heat press - A standard flat press works best to ensure even pressure and heat
• Sublimation paper - Compatible with your printer and ink
• Heat-resistant tape - To secure your design in place during pressing
• Protective sheet or Teflon - To prevent ink transfer onto your press
• Design software - Optional, but helpful for layout and sizing (e.g. Canva, Silhouette Studio)
• Printing Area Approx. 10cm × 6.6cm on both sides of the case. Each set arrives in a clear bag, ready to be arranged in the travel case after pressing.

How to Press Me - Sublimating PU Leather Travel Case

Follow these steps to get vibrant, lasting results on your sublimation-ready PU leather item:

1. Prepare Your Design
   Create or select your artwork and print it using sublimation ink on sublimation paper.
2. Preheat Your Heat Press
   Set the temperature to 180 C. Make sure your press is fully heated before starting.
3. Clean the PU Leather Surface
   Wipe down the case to remove any dust or oils - this helps the ink bond properly.
4. Position Your Design
   Place the printed sublimation paper face down on the PU leather.
   Use heat-resistant tape to secure it, but avoid letting the tape touch the item directly - it can leave marks.
5. Protect the Leather
   Cover the setup with silicone paper to shield both the item and your heat press.
6. Check the Inner Seams
   Make sure the seams are flat and won't interfere with pressure. Uneven seams can distort your design.
7. Press the Design
   Close the press and apply firm pressure for 80 seconds. Ensure full, even contact across the design area.
8. Remove the Paper
   Open the press, lift the silicone paper, and peel off the sublimation paper while it's still warm.
9. Cool Down
   Let the item cool completely before handling or assembling the tools inside.
