Our original balsamic reduction is made with balsamic vinegar from Modena which is slowly reduced with sugar and essential herbs that give it the perfect balance between acidity and sweetness.
It has a silky syrup-like texture and its distinct flavour lends transformative qualities to any dish. Enjoy as a marinade for meat, to add zing to salads, to de-glaze food in the pan, as creative décor on plates or drizzle on meat, fish, chicken, french fries, pasta, salads and even stir fries.
You can hardly go wrong with this one!
