It is believed to boost female reproductive which is also known as the female-friendly herb. It is helpful in menstrual disorders and acts as a uterine tonic. It enhances breast development and increases breast milk production by regulating hormonal balance. Shatavari is a safe and natural anti-aging herb, help reduce wrinkle formation on the skin, also helps in providing emollient or moisturizing properties to the skin. Shatavari increases the production of prolactin, a hormone that is important for breastfeeding, hormone balancing. Usage:
Consume 1/2 tsp shatavari powder twice a day, mix with milk , juice or warm water. For Women's fertility take 1 tsp twice a day with milk.
