RECOMMENDED USE
To maintain healthy skin, hair and nails, joint support or exercise recovery one needs take 10g (2 scoops) daily, morning and evening. For reparative or acute needs, 10g - 20g daily is recommended. The faint & neutral taste of Collagen and sweet Rosehip dissolves easily, making it ideal for mixing into almost any regularly consumed food or beverage. It can also be dissolved in lukewarm water to drink, note that the Opti-MSM might have a bitter taste if taken with water.
For best use simply mix into liquids (lukewarm water, milk, juice or dairy free alternative) or combine with your cereal, hot drink, or shake.
