Ascendis Doraject + AD3E LA is a 1% long-acting doramectin injection combined with vitamins A, D , and E, formulated for subcutaneous use in cattle and sheep. It treats and controls gastrointestinal roundworms, parafilaria, screwworms, single-host ticks in cattle, and addresses sheep-specific issues like scab, nasalworm, blowfly strike, and itch mites. The dosage is 1 ml per 50 kg body weight, with meat withdrawal periods of 35 days for cattle and 56 days for sheep; milk from treated animals should not enter the food chain.
