In the fertile landscape of Sidamo province, in southern Ethiopia, we met proud coffee farmers. In earth rich with nutrients, they produce a coffee of such quality, that it retains its complex flavour after being decaffeinated.
This optimally roasted single-origin coffee has a rich almond aroma perfectly balanced with round acidity and blackberry vanilla flavour.
