We are well aware of this responsibility and therefore use the well-tried and well established Beurer Safety System in our heated blankets and heating pads. The electric sensor technology prevents overheating in case of misuse by automatic switch-off, securing the highest possible safety. Safe and undisturbed sleep at a pleasant temperature.

xCAUTION Please note that frequent washing of heated blankets has a negative effect on the product. The heated blanket could be washed in a washing machine once per season, if necessary, and a maximum of 5 times during its life. Immediately after washing, reshape the blanket to its original dimensions while it is still wet and spread it out flat over a clothes horse to dry.
Heated blankets may not be chemically cleaned, wrung out, tumble dried, put through a mangle or ironed. Set the washing machine to a particularly gentle wash cycle (lowest spin rpm) at 30 C (wool cycle). Use a delicate laundry detergent and measure it out according to the manufacturer's instructions.
