The Fine Sapphire Wheel / Disk is suitable for precise filing and treatment of the nails. The special feature of this sapphire wheel is that the internal sanding disc rotates whereas the external housing does not. This makes it possible to precisely file nails without the risk of burning the skin with the quickly rotating wheel.
