The Gel Pads are not Sticking to the Skin. What Should I Do?
Before each application, clean the skin and avoid using any skin cream or oils before treatment.
The Menstrual Relax detects whether the device is in contact with the body.
If there is insufficient contact, the device will beep and switch itself off.
If the device is attached but still beeps, clean the gel pads and restart the device.
If continuous beeping persists after cleaning, replace the gel pads.
Please note that the gel pads will need to be replaced if they do not stick securely.
Do not use the Menstrual Relax again until the gel pads have been replaced.
Uneven adhesion of the gel pads may lead to skin irritation or lesions.
Do not use on broken, irritated, inflamed, or sensitive skin, open wounds, rashes, or healing scars.
How to Clean the Gel Pads
Clean the adhesive surface of the gel pads with a damp, lint-free cloth.
NB: Do not use chemical or abrasive cleaning agents.
Allow the pads to air-dry before reattaching.
How Does the Beurer EM 50 Menstrual Relax Period and Endometriosis Pain Relief Device Work?
The Beurer EM 50 relieves period and endometriosis pain by combining TENS therapy and heat. Self-adhesive pads deliver gentle electrical impulses and warmth to the body, helping reduce cramps and discomfort. TENS works by stimulating nerves to block pain signals and trigger the release of endorphins, the body's natural painkillers, which may reduce the need for medication.
