Directions for use
Hot application: For temporary pain relief of aching muscles and joints, nagging back pain or menstrual damps. Immerse reusable pack in hot water ( no cover) wait for/minutes (10 minutes if frozen). 2) Remove from hot water and put it inside the cover provided 3) Apply to affected area.

Cold application: To help reduce swelling after an injury, cool down a temperature. 1) Store in freezer inside the cover for 2 hours before use. 2) Remove pack from freezer3) Apply to affected area. 4) Apply compress/bandage to secure if required. 5) Return to freezer after use.

Storage instructions:
Care instructions. Store out of direct sunlight.
Handwash in lukewarm water with mild soap or Spot clean the Cover. Please wash the cover before and after use.

WARNING
Do not apply pack direct from freezer onto naked skin. Always use the cover provided. Do not apply pack for longer than 20 minutes.
