Note Before You Use:
- Before using this product, do a patch test.
- You can do this by putting a small piece of tape on the inside of your elbow or just under your breast and then wait for 12 hours.
- Watch for redness, itching, or burning. If you experience these, do not use the product.
- Do not wear a product for more than 12 hours. Do not apply to irritated, sunburned or sensitive skin.

- When removing, slightly dampen the back of the tape with warm water where it meets the skin and gently pull off.

How to Use:
- Apply onto clean, dry skin.
- Place your nipple covers on the sensitive area of your chest.
- Then measure the required length of tape and cut accordingly. Place your breast in position, remove the white measurement paperback.
- Carefully apply the tape below your breast, pull it over to your shoulder.

How to Remove:
- Do not wear the boob tape for longer than 8 hours. Prolonged use may result in skin redness and irritation.
- Before you peel off the tape, we highly recommend that you rub the tape with water, Oil or a moisturizer of choice and letting it sit for at least 15 minutes before gently peeling it off. This will help loosen the adhesive, making the removal process painless and smooth.
