Bottega Gold DOC is a premium sparkling wine made from Glera grapes grown in the hills of Valdobbiadene, within the heart of the Prosecco Superiore DOC area. Produced using the Charmat method, it features a brilliant straw-yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet is rich and elegant, offering aromas of green apple, pear, citrus fruits, and acacia flowers.
