The Ligum Fight Gear Boxing Bag Bracket - with Swivel Hook Set - Wall Mount - Up to 150kg Load provides a fixed mounting point for suspended bag training in home gyms, commercial facilities and combat-sport environments.

The reinforced steel bracket supports boxing, kickboxing, MMA and conditioning work. It has a maximum load capacity of 450kg when installed correctly into a suitable load-bearing structure using fixings rated for the mounting surface and expected dynamic load.

The bracket is available in 60cm and 100cm length options. The 60cm version suits tighter training spaces, while the 100cm version positions the bag further from the mounting surface.

The longer configuration creates more clearance between the bag and the wall or ceiling structure. This gives the bag more room to move under impact and provides additional space for footwork, angle changes, defensive movement and combination training.

A double-ended swivel and two carabiners are included. The 304 stainless-steel swivel allows the bag to rotate through 360 degrees as it moves. This helps reduce twisting through compatible chains, ropes and straps, limiting kinking and unnecessary strain across the suspension system.

The steel bracket and stainless-steel hardware are suited to repeated training use in indoor gyms, garage setups and covered training areas. The swivel also provides corrosion resistance where humidity or occasional moisture may be present.

The bracket can be installed on a compatible wall or ceiling structure, subject to the available space and structural support.

Please Note: Install only into reinforced concrete, solid masonry, structural steel or a timber stud or beam rated for dynamic loading. Use load-rated fixings suited to the mounting surface, such as through-bolts, approved expansion anchors, chemical anchors or structural coach screws.

Do not install into drywall, hollow block, cladding, suspended ceilings or non-structural partitions. Installation should be completed by a qualified installer. Fixings must be selected according to the mounting surface, bracket size, bag weight and expected impact load.
