Directions
- For Breastfeeding:xx Massage gently from the chest wall toward the nipple and hand express milk to relieve engorgement. Avoid applying oil on and around the nipple area. Use as needed.
- For PMS & Peri/Menopause Discomfort:xx Take a small amount of oil in your hands, rub them together, and apply to breasts with gentle, outward strokes. Avoid the nipple area. Use light pressure in circular motions, focusing on lymphatic drainage. Repeat on each breast separately. End with relaxation.
