This product contains the digit 7
Will float if inflated with helium balloon gas.
Balloon comes flat packed and will have a few creases but when inflated the creases and wrinkles will disappear.
You can tell when the balloons are inflated when most of the wrinkles are gone.
The balloon is foil so does not expand like a latex balloon so if over inflated it will burst.

Instructions to fill
Balloons are manufactured with a valve up inside the tail at the bottom of the balloon.
The valve has to be opened to inflate or deflate the balloon.
To open the valve gently push a inflation nozzle/drinking straw up the stem until you feel resistance, that's the valve.
Push slightly passed the valve to establish an airway and proceed to fill with helium or air.
These Balloons are self sealing so once inflated pinch the seal directly after inflating to seal balloon.
