Caran D’Ache Luminance 6901 coloured pencils provide for the highest requirements of artists and professionals. The creamy smooth and permanent lead conforms to the highest lightfastness standard ASTM D-6901. Colours are tested for 3 months in the Arizona desert, as well as getting exposed to 400 hours of intense UV radiation in an independent laboratory, before being graded.

Colours are formulated from finely milled pigments that have been picked for their purity, intensity and resistance to UV radiation. Luminance 6901 gives professional artists the confidence that their work will endure.

Manufactured at the Caran D’Ache factory in Geneva, Switzerland from FSC certified wood.
