Carmién Nursing is a special blend of rooibos, fenugreek, fennel and aniseed formulated to stimulate and increase lactation. The combination of ingredients works together to increase milk production. Fennel is also antiseptic and helps with digestion. Rooibos is caffeine, sugar and kilojoule free and will assist in weight loss.
Vanilla and Aniseed give a smooth, slightly liquorice flavour. For the best results, drink 4-6 cups daily, hot or cold. Please do not drink while pregnant.
