All varieties of our COLPROPUR D BOVINE FB are presented in powder (100% soluble, even in cold water). Capsules are 500mg strength.
Collagen can be taken to reverse aging, tighten skin, strengthen joints, strengthen hair and nails and as a sport supplement.
Powder: Mix 2 - 3 teaspoons with hot or cold beverages first thing in the morning.
Capsules: Take 2 capsules in the morning with food.
