What is Moissanite?
Moissanite is a premium stone with characteristics similar to that of a Diamond. So similar that Moissanite will pass most Diamond testing kits. Usually only found naturally in meteors, Moissanite is lab-made from Silicon Carbide and typically has flawless characteristics. It scores an impressive 9.25 on the Mohs scale, features a higher brilliance (refractive index of 2.65 vs 2.42 in diamond) and has perfect colour grading (colourless).
