What is a Compatible Product?

A Compatible Product is a Brand New Product made by a third-party manufacturer and not the Brand Manufacturer. It produces the same page yield as the OEM (Original) and is designed to work in several different Printer Models.

What does @ 5% Coverage mean?

When OEM & Compatible Printer Manufacturers refer to "5% coverage," they're referring to the International Standard Measurement used to estimate how many pages a cartridge/drum unit can print before finishing. It means that, on a single A4 page, only 5% of the page's total surface area is covered with ink or toner, which is roughly equivalent to printing a short business letter or a few lines of text. This standard is set so that yields can be compared consistently across different printers and cartridges, but in reality, most people print documents, photos or graphics that use much more than 5% coverage-often 10%, 20%, or even higher-so the actual number of pages you get from a cartridge/drum unit is usually significantly less than the advertised yield. Essentially, the 5% coverage figure is a controlled benchmark for testing, not a guarantee of real-world results, and it should be taken as an idealized estimate rather than an exact expectation of print capacity.
