Pre-rinse jars and lids with warm soapy water to remove any residue. Air dry jars upside down on a clean towel to prevent contamination. To remove stubborn odours and stains use a mixture of baking soda / sodium bicarbonate and vinegar to remove. Store jars with lids off to prevent moisture buildup and odours. Keep in a cool, dry place to prevent mould growth or rust on metal lids.
