This Discs are thin separating papers which are enormously helpful in the production of hamburger patties. They are the ideal addition to a hamburger press.
The papers were placed in the portioning form of the press and ensure that the patties do not stick together and remain in shape. In addition, the prepared patties can be stored easily in the fridge or freezer. If requiered, each patty can be prepared fresh and conveniently.
