Daiwa Prorex X series offers Daiwa's newest innovations. The blank used for the range is light and responsive HVF Carbon Fiber blanks with an X45 construction and V-Joints.
The V-Joint is a special spigot joint, where the spigot and the blank around the spigot are made of a special, exclusively for DAIWA made BIAS carbon fiber material. The carbon fibers follow a 45-degree angle. The consequence is higher strain resistance and an improved bending curve.
These Daiwa patents ensure that the rods are balanced and work responsively with each cast. The rod is robust enough to handle larger fish well.
This model has been specifically designed for Drop Shot fishing with its light action blank.
