The Prestige 2x plastic table tennis ball is designed for advanced recreational play and training. Each box contains 6 balls. Since July 2014, these plastic balls have replaced classic celluloid balls in ITTF tournaments and are increasingly used in high-level leagues. They are known for being more environmentally friendly to produce while maintaining comparable playing properties to celluloid balls.
