How often to replace each part
- Dust bag: Dreame rates the 3L bag at up to 60 days of use, so about every 2 months, or sooner if the bag is full.
- Main rubber roller brush: every 6 to 12 months, or sooner if the rubber is worn flat or damaged.
The dust bags are sealed and disposable. You lift the full bag out and drop in a fresh one, so the dust stays trapped instead of puffing back at you. They are not designed to be emptied and reused.
Put together, this kit covers roughly 10 months of bag changes and 1 to 2 years of brush changes. If the machine runs every day, in a larger house, or with pets in the house, expect to be at the shorter end of each range above.
A worn brush or a full bag is the most common reason a robot vacuum starts leaving dust behind. Replacing them on schedule is the cheapest way to protect a machine you have already paid for.
