Elastoplast Sensitive XL/XXL/3XL/4XL plasters are sterile wound dressings for protection of larger and post-operative wounds. The extra skin-friendly and breathable material adheres securely to your skin, but it is still painless to remove. The extra-large wound pad cushions your wound without sticking to it, providing high comfort during wearing.

Application:
Cleanse: Cleansing the wound from dirt and bacteria is an essential first step to enable optimal healing. To prevent wound infections, spray the Elastoplast Wound Spray from a distance of approximately 10 cm onto the entire wound area. Repeat if necessary, then gently dry the wound and surrounding skin area with a sterile compress. It can also be used for chronic wounds and postoperative wound care as per your doctor's instructions. The Elastoplast Wound Spray also helps to remove crusts or clotted dressings.
Important: A minor wound will soon stop bleeding. If it continues, apply more gauze pads, keep pressure on the wound and seek medical advice. Apply the Elastoplast sterile plaster without stretching and wrinkling. Press the plaster on firmly.
