These XL wound dressings measure 6 x 7 cm (XXL: 8 x 10 cm also available) to help seal the affected area against contamination from dirt or bacteria and are made from an extra-skin friendly and breathable material, making them easy and painless to remove, and non-irritating to the skin. The non-stick wound pad is highly absorbent helping to protect and cushion the wound with reliable adhesion ensuring that the dressing stays in place during activity.

Cleanse the wound with Elastoplast Wound Spray and then gently dry it with a sterile compress. Apply sterile dressing without stretching and remove the application foil.
