Usage:
Step 1: Tighten the front wire tray with a cable clip
Step 2: The wire, head up, is stuck in the left slot. It's stuck underneath
Step 3: Place the main line of the PE line face up on the right side
Step 4: Lift the coil and gently tie the main line with your right hand, winding diagonally, then diagonally up
