Provides excellent adhesion to properly primed surfaces. Good gloss hold out. Complies with S.A.B.S. 681-1997 Type 2. Can be sanded to provide a smooth finish. Suitable as an undercoat for properly prepared and primed metal (interior & exterior), wood or hardboard. Suitable as a base coat over primed plaster prior to applying enamel paints. To overcoat enamel to apply a water-based topcoat.
