Whether you're working on pools, boats, vehicles, or other fibreglass structures, this all-in-one kit contains everything you need for a strong, durable, and long-lasting repair. Features:

  • Complete kit for fibreglass repair and maintenance
  • Easy to use for quick, effective fixes
  • Delivers professional-grade, long-lasting results
  • Locally made by Pool DC - proudly South African

Kit Includes:

  • 500 g Resin
  • 250 g Topcoat
  • Catalyst
  • 100 ml Acetone
  • 1 m Chop Strand Fibreglass Mat
  • Mixing Stick
  • Mixing Cup
  • Latex Gloves
  • Fine Sandpaper
  • Full Instructions

Instructions:

1. Prep the Area

Clean the damaged section thoroughly. Use sandpaper or a grinder to remove paint, dirt, and loose material. Taper the edges of the damaged area to improve bonding.

2. Cut the Fibreglass Mat

Trim the chop strand mat to fit the repair area. Prepare multiple layers, each slightly smaller than the one before, to build strength and a smooth finish.

3. Mix Resin & Catalyst

Follow the enclosed instructions to mix the resin and catalyst. Once combined, the mixture will begin to cure quickly, so work efficiently.

4. Apply the Fibreglass

Brush resin onto the surface, place the first piece of mat, and saturate it with additional resin. Repeat for each layer, pressing out any air bubbles for a smooth bond.

5. Let It Cure

Allow the repair to harden completely before sanding, topcoating, or painting.
