When selecting your FoamLife flip flops or sliders, we suggest choosing your regular shoe size for the best fit.
If you typically wear a half size, we recommend sizing down to the nearest full size.
For example, if you usually wear a size 7.5, opt for a size 7 to ensure optimal comfort.
