How To Use:
- Set the stainless steel fondue pot on top of the stand.
- Load the burner unit with liquid or gel fuel. Light the heat source with a match.
- For cookking meat, Poultry or vegetable fondue, fill the pot with a desired amount of oil and wait until it is hot enough to cook then adjust the flame tempreture as needed.
- For cheese fondue, add half a cup of milk or cream to the pot first and then gradually add the cheese stirring constantly in a zigzag pattern not in a circular motion to prevent the cheese from boiling up , until the cheese is just melted. Adding a small amount of cornstarch helps to keep the cheese from separating.
- For chocolate fondue add a half a cup of milk or cream to the pot first and then add the chocolate wgich has been cut into blocks and melt them slowly until soft and smooth enough to use, the adjust the flame tempreture as needed. Stir the mixture frequently. Uneven or extreme heating can cause the choclate to burn or curdle.
- Cut the meat, poultry, vegetables, fruit or bread into mouth sized cubes and spear them with the forks provided and dip them into the oil or cheese or chocolate until done as required.
- Remove the skewer from the mixture and allow the excess to drip back into the pot. Eat immediately.
Safety Instructions
- Use this fondue set in well-ventiillated area.
- Always heat the fondue broth or oil over medium heat.
- Never put the fondue pot in the oven or the microwave oven.
- If you have to refill the burner, make sure it is cool to the touch. It is recommended to use a second burner, to avoid unfortunate accidents.
- Make sure to wait until the liquid has cooled before moving the fondue pot.
- Always use pot holders or oven mitts when using this product to avoid serious injuries.
- This product is designed for an indoor and non-commercial use, either for cooking o heating food for consumption. Do not use outdoors or for any otherpurpose - Never leave this product unattended when lit.
Care Instructions
- Before using the fondue set for the first time , wash all parts in hot spicy water.
- Let all parts of fondue set cool after use before washing or storing.
- Ceramic pots, fondue pot, forks and spoons are dishwasher safe. Clean other parts with a damp cloth.
- Fondue burner can be hand wash with a damp cloth. If stain or discoloration occurs after use, youcan clean your burner by using a stainless Steel cleaner and a soft cloth.
