- Flavorings.

Cooking Instructions:
- Add 1.625L of boiling water to a pot.
- Add Foodsock to the boiling water.
- Stir for about 30 minutes until rice is cooked.
- Boil the beans for 15 minutes and let them rest for an hour to soften.
Soya Meal: Contains no meat, Add cooked mutton pieces to enhance the flavour, some fresh cooked potatoes will also go well in this pot. (Optional)
