The Fortis lockout hasp is a heavy gauge steel with bright red vinyl insulation for easy visibility. Hasp features a 25mm inside jaw diameter and can hold up to six padlocks with a shackle diameter of up to 10mm. It is used secure each lockout point to ensure equipment is inoperative while repairs or adjustments are made. Control cannot be turned on until the last worker's padlock is removed from the hasp.
