The telephone is hearing aid friendly which means that you can hear the sound straight in your hearing aids if you switch on the telecoil feature. This is often enabled by the audiologist on request. It cuts out all the ambient noise and you only hear what is said on the telephone. It makes a huge difference.

Each button can be customized with a photo or picture of your choice to help your memory but there is also a tab to pull out where you can write the names.
