Increase your training efficiency by cutting the amount of time spent in the gym. Simply put it on and begin your normal workout. The mask restricts airflow through the valves on the mask. By adding resistance your lungs will be trained to take deeper breaths and use oxygen more efficiently.

2mm neoprene (20% polyester, 80% polyurethane)
With hook and loop strap and earloops for comfortable fit

Large (mens): 36x17cm
Medium (ladies): 33x15cm

Washcare guidelines
Before use place the filter and valves in boiled water for 2 minutes and allow to dry naturally
Remove the filter and valves and wash the neoprene outer mask in warm soapy water and allow to dry naturally
Replace the filter every month, or when it becomes noticeably discoloured
Flush the valves with warm water every month
Precautions
If unusual swelling, skin discoloration, rash or discomfort occur, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional
Be careful that the mask is not so tight that circulation is impaired
Do not use if prone to dermatitis or if allergic to neoprene
Do not use over open wounds and infected areas
Mask is not intended for medical use
