The result of a relentless search for the finest, most flavourful casks in the world. An exceptional whiskey that raises the bar on what's possible with a single grain. After three years in a flame-charred bourbon cask, the liquid is then finished for a year in a unique hand-selected French oak cask.

Grand Cru Burgundy casks previously steeped in full-bodied pinot noir wine bring complexity and depth to this lively, single-grain whiskey.

Tasting Notes:

- Nose: Light but rich, leafy and leathery with vanilla and dark cherries.

- Palate: Fruity and fresh, with citrus but dry with rich berry notes, toasted oak, and a wonderful leafy earthiness.

- Finish: Earthy, tannins, and peppery wood spices.

- Non-Chill Declaration: All our whiskeys are non-chill filtered. When it gets cold or the whiskey has been stationary or out of light for a period, the proteins or oils may cloud or come together to form particles - this is natural and nothing to be concerned about, this is not sediment. If you shake the bottle or if it is left at room temperature or exposed to light, it will disappear. Some large mainstream whiskeys chill filter, but this removes a lot of the true flavour of the whiskey. We do not chill filter in order to retain the natural character and ensure optimal quality.
