Handmade piece, crafted out of a single row of 2 x 3 mm rose-gold haematite, a natural, earth-mined mineral. The design of the necklace is "y" drop.
The main strand measures 45 cm (450 mm) and has an additional 3 cm (30 mm) extender chain made out of sterling silver. The lobster clasp is also sterling silver. The vertical drop at the front of the necklace measures 5 cm (50 mm). The haematite bars are separated by 5 mm freshwater pearls.
Created by local jeweller "afrikay", the pearls and gemstones are carefully sourced, to produce a quality and collectable piece of jewellery. It's a modern twist on a classic pearl necklace. It weighs 12,2 grams and has the 925 hallmark for sterling silver.. It comes with a "valuation & authentication certificate" of r2'800.
