- Heavy-Duty Wall-Mounted Support
This punching bag bracket provides a fixed wall-mounted hanging point for boxing bags and suitable training equipment. Its projecting support arm creates useful clearance from the wall, helping provide space for punching and movement during home or gym training sessions.
- Reinforced Triangular Structure
The bracket uses a triangular support layout between the wall plate and horizontal arm. This structure helps distribute the load through the mounting area and provides additional support during normal training use.
- Up to 400 kg Load Capacity
When correctly installed on a suitable solid wall using appropriate fixings, the bracket is rated to support loads of up to 400 kg. Actual performance depends on the wall structure, installation method and condition of all mounting points.
A hanging ring is positioned at the end of the support arm, providing a dedicated attachment point for a punching bag chain, strap or compatible connector. A carabiner-style connector and fixing bolts are also supplied as shown.
- Space-Saving Wall Installation
The wall-mounted design keeps the floor area clear, making it practical for home gyms, boxing rooms and other training spaces where a freestanding bag frame may take up too much room.
- Installation Considerations
Install the bracket only on a strong, suitable structural surface and follow the supplied fitting instructions carefully. Check all bolts, mounting points and hanging connections regularly, especially after repeated high-impact training, and discontinue use if any component becomes loose or damaged.
