By incorporating design improvements which optimize handling and ensure greater volume and faster response, we reinvented the legendary Marine Band harmonica to meet the requirements of today's musicians. The Marine Band Deluxe is more than just a state of the art upgrade to our benchmark diatonic harp. It's the rediscovery of deep emotions, the awakening of forgotten spirits, the revival of hidden energies. With the Marine Band Deluxe, you'll bring the blues to life.

• Screw Assembly: Unlike the classic model that uses nails, the Deluxe is fully assembled with screws. This makes it far easier to disassemble for cleaning, reed gapping, or maintenance.
• Sealed Pearwood Comb: It features a triple-lacquered pearwood comb that resists moisture and swelling. The mouthpiece is also treated with an "UltraGlide" coating for smoother playing.
• Enhanced Comfort: The reed plate edges and channel openings are rounded off to prevent the "lip-shredding" often associated with the traditional 1896 model.
• Higher Volume: The reinforced cover plates are opened up at the back and feature side vents, which results in greater sound projection and a slightly brighter tone.
