Honib is ethically farmed and locally sourced organic honey from the coastline along the Western Cape where the bees roam freely and pollinate the natural fynbos which grows wild in the region. These free-roaming bee's are not fed sugar water or routine antibiotics nor are they exposed to pesticides - the honey is organic!
Honib's honey is organic, raw and unfiltered (ie. it has not been processed or filtered with either heat or light and therefore retains all its natural antioxidants, minerals, vitamins, amino acids, enzymes, carbohydrates and phytonutrients)

Depending on the flowering seasons the honey ranges in taste and colour (sometimes lighter gold sometime darker gold) - it all depends on what flowers are in season and what the bees are most attracted to but typically the honey is Wild Blossom Honey
